Marcos Hernandez & Amelia Hatchard
"The Mexican y La Gringa"
Marcos, of Leon, Mexico and Amelia, of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts met working together at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole in 2006. It was a quick romance and they were married shortly there after in June 2007. Through their years of hard work, they always dreamed of owning their own restaurant and that dream came true in August of 2014 with Streetfood @ The Stagecoach in Wilson, Wyoming. With a deep respect and love for food they ventured into the restaurant head first and made it a point to make as much in house as possible. Now, 4 years later, Streetfood, has never been busier.
The decision to open a second restaurant in Victor was not made lightly, but the time was right and Butter Cafe was born in June 2018. The cafe serves breakfast and lunch daily and dinner, Thursday - Sunday, and with the freshest coffee, in-house baked goods, and the same desire to create great food with real ingredients, Butter has taken off.
Butter 2 is a pop-up venture bringing our two businesses and all of our house made goods to the Westbank. A great opportunity to fill a void in the Aspen shopping center for the Winter of 2018-19, we are excited to bring our favorite brands with us, including Doma Coffee, Gaston's Bakery, Healthy Being Juices, Vosges Chocolates and our own sweets and baked goods.
See you soon...
